Welcome to the latest Football League blog! First and foremost, we are a group of Sport Students called Jake, Matt and Rich! We spend the majority of a weekend dedicating our lives to Football and in particular, the Football League, so why not add a little extra effort and share our dedication through a blog.
Between the three of us, we have a fair share of experience in the Football League, purely through the teams we support. Firstly, the three teams in question are Peterborough United, Wycombe Wanderers and Southend United.
In the last few years, we have witnessed the rise of The Posh from League Two to the Championship and fall into a wealth of financial backing. Unfortunately Southend have seen relegation from the Championship to League Two and a number of financial issues, alongside the "myth" of a new stadium to solve all our problems! Which leaves Wycombe Wanderers, a financially stable club who have hovered between League 1 and League 2 as a "yo-yo" club.
We plan to keep you up to date with the weekends action, as well as any mid-week fixtures with other interesting blogs from time to time!
